Takia Feliciano pledged the Epsilon line of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter and majored in Social Work with a minor in African Studies. She was the first person from any culturally based organization to have a position on the executive board of the Inter-Sorority Association at SUNY Plattsburgh, where she served as the Diversity Initiatives Coordinator. She also served as chapter president from Spring 2010 to Spring 2011. She was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society in the Spring of 2012. She received the Diversity Fellowship in the Fall of 2012 and was awarded $6,000 to attend Grad school at SUNY Plattsburgh. Takia recently received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in the Fall of 2014. While completing her Masters Degree, Takia was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society for academic and professional excellence in counseling. She has an infant son who is her biggest motivation.
