Erica Harris, also known as Hermana Ferviente, pledged the Beta line for the Alpha Epsilon chapter in the Spring of 2007 and was a double major in English and Social Work. A former Social Chairperson for one of SUNY Plattsburgh's dormitories, Erica is now the mother of two boys and the writer behind the ever-growing, EverythingEnJ.com. In addition to her blog, Erica is a regular contributing writer for From A Wildflower. She has served as the Creative Director for Blacklisted: the National Performance Team of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. (2013 - 2014) and community advisory board member and health advocate for Project CHAT, which helps bring about cervical cancer awareness in the South Bronx amongst Latina & African-American women. She has done volunteer work for the NYC Dept. of Education, Right to Play USA, Operation PROM and School Beautification Day in Lower Manhattan.
